will support, observability, and enablement to increase adoption * Partner across product, engineering, architecture, governance, security, privacy, compliance, finance, operations, and business teams to align decisions and remove barriers * Build investment cases and benefits plans linking funding to adoption, reliability, reuse, satisfaction, and cost efficiency * Establish governance routines, decision rights, portfolio reviews, standards alignment, dependency management, and risk escalation pathways * Advance responsible AI strategy by prioritizing intake, scaling experiments, and improving quality, speed, and reuse across the enterprise Tasks * 15 or more years of experience in technology strategy, operating model transformation, platform product leadership, program leadership, or portfolio leadership * Experience leading enterprise-scale roadmaps, governance models, standards, dependency management, and cross-functional execution in a matrixed environment * Strong executive aaaaaaaaaaa

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead an integrated technology strategy for Enterprise Data, AI and Platforms, shaping a multi-year roadmap and investment plan. You will translate enterprise goals into actionable portfolios and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce friction and accelerate adoption. You will drive governance, standards, and risk management to ensure transparent decisions and measurable outcomes. You will advance responsible AI initiatives and scale experiments to deliver value across the enterprise. This is an opportunity to influence technology strategy in a regulated, impact-focused health services environment.
