## Description

We are seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for end users across desktop, laptop, mobile, and network environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technology issues, working directly with users, and helping maintain a stable IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

 + Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and Microsoft applications

 + Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 issues

 + Set up and configure new computers, user accounts, and peripherals

 + Support Active Directory user administration, password resets, and permissions

 + Install, maintain, and update software applications

 + Manage and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner

 + Support onboarding and offboarding activities

 + Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, and remote access issues

 + Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical problems

 + Document issues, solutions, and support procedures
