Qualifications We Prefer: * Experience working within an existing RTX SAP environment * Certifications from the National Property Management Association, such as Certified Professional Property Specialist, Certified Professional Property Administrator, or Certified Professional Property Manager. * Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes. * Demonstrated ability to interpret complex regulatory and contractual requirements and translate them into practical business processes and system capabilities. ## Description As the Sr. Manager of Property Management for the SAP ERP Transformation program, you will serve as the primary subject-matter expert responsible for defining and implementing the processes, system capabilities, data requirements, and internal controls necessary to manage government property across RTX. Reporting to the Logistics Process leader, this position will lead the integration of government property management requirements into SAP S/4HANA and the Cognitus property management solution. This role will be responsible for translating applicable FAR/DFARs requirements, customer contractual obligations, and RTX policies into standardized enterprise processes and system requirements. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing government property in an aerospace and defense environment, a strong understanding of SAP or comparable ERP systems, and demonstrated experience supporting complex business or technology transformations.
