## About the Role

* Experience assessing and creating knowledge articles within Workday or similar platforms.
 * Strong understanding of HCM ESS/MSS and ESS Policy Intelligence functionalities.
 * Ability to work effectively with offshore teams and facilitate design sessions.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
 * No certifications required, but relevant experience is highly valued.

## Description

* Architect and develop the Workday Self Service Agent for HCM ESS/MSS and ESS Policy Intelligence skills.
 * Facilitate design sessions and collaborate with offshore teams to execute, test, and deploy solutions.
 * Access knowledge articles to efficiently answer user questions and resolve issues.
 * Assess existing knowledge articles, create new content, and configure security attributes for optimal access.
 * Uphold a respectful and courteous work environment through integrity and professionalism.
