Create reusable software components and internal platforms that improve engineering efficiency, consistency, and maintainability. Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and deployment processes for network infrastructure and services. Develop telemetry, monitoring, analytics, and visualization capabilities that provide insights into network performance, reliability, and operational health. Build self-service tools and engineering platforms that support network engineering teams and streamline service delivery processes. Collaborate with software engineers, network engineers, security professionals, and cloud infrastructure teams to deliver reliable and scalable technical solutions. Apply software engineering best practices related to code quality, testing, documentation, security, and operational excellence. Evaluate emerging AI, automation, and cloud technologies to identify opportunities for improving network operations and engineering processes. Maintain technical documentation, network inventory records, and infrastructure lifecycle information to support operational and compliance requirements. Partner with security and compliance stakeholders to support security, regulatory, and Zero Trust requirements and ensure alignment with organizational standards and policies.
