## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience supporting deployment, operations, and production support for business-critical applications and supporting infrastructure.
 * Experience supporting enterprise integration technologies, including Informatica, Control-M, Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, or related integration platforms.
 * Experience troubleshooting and debugging application, system, and infrastructure issues in production environments.
 * Working knowledge of application architecture, including applications, database, and network layers.
 * Experience using monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk to identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues.
 * Knowledge of IT service management practices, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Root Cause Analysis.
 * Experience supporting CI/CD tools and software delivery practices, including Bitbucket, Bamboo, GitHub, or similar technologies.
 * Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 * Strong customer focus with excellent troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
 * Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams to deliver reliable outcomes., * Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
 * Experience with Spring Boot and/or Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
 * Experience supporting on-call rotations, major incident response activities, and service recovery events.
 * Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
 * Experience implementing platform reliability, monitoring, automation, and operational improvements.
 * Strong decision-making skills and the ability to remain composed during high-priority production incidents.
 * Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for results.
 * Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
 * Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
