## About the Role

* 3+ years of warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience
 * Experience with shipping and receiving operations
 * Ability to safely operate a pallet jack
 * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 * Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (NetSuite preferred)
 * Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
 * Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced manufacturing environment
 * Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

What You'll Do

 * Manage inventory and maintain accurate records using NetSuite and other inventory systems
 * Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
 * Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule
 * Supply materials and components to production teams to support manufacturing operations
 * Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy
 * Organize warehouse stock and optimize storage locations
 * Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency
 * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
