## Description

Knowify Implementation Consultant
Seeking a consultant to complete and optimize a partially implemented Knowify environment for a construction contractor. The client currently relies on manual, Excel-based, and paper-driven processes and needs a hands-on expert to modernize operations, implement best practices, and maximize platform adoption.
Responsibilities:

 * Lead full Knowify configuration and optimization, including customers, jobs, proposals, invoicing, reporting, and job costing.
 * Integrate and align Knowify with QuickBooks Online.
 * Assess current workflows and redesign business processes to improve operational efficiency.
 * Configure security roles, user permissions, and system access.
 * Train project managers, administrative staff, and leadership on platform usage and best practices.
 * Implement solutions for project management, field operations, time tracking, scheduling, reporting, and job costing.
 * Identify and deploy underutilized Knowify functionality to improve visibility and automation.
