Provides administrative and analytical support while developing knowledge of technology contracting concepts, software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity requirements,HIPAA,privacy,and contract lifecycle management. This position will report to theManager, IS Contracts. Responsibilities Responsibilities * Coordinate the intake, routing, and tracking of IT contracts,Information Technology Security Agreements (ITSAs),Business Associate Agreements (BAAs),amendments, statements of work (SOWs), order forms, renewals, and termination notices. * MaintainServiceNowcontract repositories and ensure contract records are complete and accurately documented. * Track contract milestones,expirationdates, renewal deadlines, and required notices. * Assistwith gathering signaturesusing AdobeSignandmanagingcontract execution workflows. * Maintain contract naming standards and file organization practices.
