The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with nCino, Salesforce Configuration, Development & Customization, Lightning Components, and Integrations, along with a strong understanding of Financial Services and Commercial Lending processes. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives., * nCino Platform * Salesforce Configuration * Salesforce Development & Customization * Salesforce Lightning (LWC/Aura) * Salesforce Integration (REST/SOAP APIs) * Financial Services Domain (Commercial Lending Preferred), * 2 to 15+ years of Salesforce experience depending on role level. * Hands-on experience in Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Lightning Development, and Integrations. * Experience working with the nCino platform and lending solutions. * Experience in Banking, Commercial Lending, or Financial Services environments is preferred. * Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC practices.
