Experience Required Experience serving as a Scrum Master or agile coach within a government or judicial branch technology environment. Experience supporting multiple concurrent Scrum teams or working within a scaled agile framework (SAFe). Education Required Minimum education and/or experience: Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and two (2) years of professional experience facilitating agile or Scrum teams, or serving in a project coordination or Scrum Master capacity. Job related work experience may substitute for educational qualifications on a year for year basis. Specialized training, certifications, and/or other special requirements: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred. ## Description The Scrum Master serves as a servant leader and agile coach for one or more project teams, facilitating Scrum events and removing impediments so the team can deliver value effectively. The Scrum Master position promotes and supports the adoption of agile and Scrum principles, practices, and rules across the Judicial Branch, working closely with the Product Owner, development team, and stakeholders to continuously improve team performance and delivery outcomes.
