## About the Role

* 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
 * SAFe certification or experience working within a SAFe (Scaled Agile) environment
 * Strong understanding of Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
 * Experience with Agile metrics and reporting (e.g., velocity, burndown, team performance)

Experience & Skills

 * Coach and mentor teams in Agile/Scrum practices, including initial setup and execution of sprints and iterations
 * Provide ongoing guidance to ensure alignment with Agile principles and delivery roadmaps
 * Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process refinement
 * Define and track success metrics to evaluate project performance and outcomes
 * Identify opportunities to improve Agile processes, tools, and team effectiveness
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and scale Agile frameworks, ensuring practical and sustainable implementation
 * Support evaluation and selection of Agile tools and practices
 * Promote and reinforce Agile best practices across teams and projects

Education

 * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
