Qualifications We Prefer + Excellent desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office suite (EXCEL, Power Point, Word). + Must be independent and self-motivated. + Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines. + Proactive with demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve. + Working knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ## Description + Support NP program controls assessment & best practice improvement project; promote a culture of rapid learning and continuous improvement including additional automation and ensuring use of standard tools and practices. + Support NP finance program startup community of practice as an SMEs, performing Independent Reviews, partnering with ProStart and Program Management Excellence (PMX) to drive adoption of common financial structures within Naval Power, where appropriate. Support improved hand-offs of key financial items from capture to program startup. + Partner with Product Line finance teams, PMX and Business Process Management to develop "common playbooks" for different program personas (EVMS light vs full EVMS, production vs development, etc.). + Opportunity to expand network across a variety of program teams, including DOD, FMS, DCS programs and other Raytheon Product Lines., + Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.
