* Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
 * 1-2 years of customer support, help desk, or technical support experience.
 * Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and PC hardware troubleshooting.
 * Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop configuration, software installation, and network connectivity.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities., * Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
 * Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management.
 * Experience providing executive/VIP support.
 * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

 * Associate (Required)

## Description

* Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and in person.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, printers, and network connectivity issues.
 * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and standard software.
 * Manage and resolve Service Desk tickets while providing timely customer support.
 * Support VIP users and resolve escalated technical issues.
 * Install, test, and customize software applications as needed.
 * Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with computer refresh programs.
 * Perform system updates, hardware upgrades, and routine maintenance.
