We're currently looking for 8:00am- 5:00pm, working Monday-Friday. What You Will Do: The Change Manager is responsible for designing, leading and embedding enterprise-wide change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of critical business and technology transformations. As a member of our Program Management Office (PMO) team, this role will partner with executive leadership, program teams and functional stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into sustained organizational outcomes The Change Manager ensures that changes to systems, processes, structures and ways of working are adopted, embedded, and sustained at scale. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and behavior change to maximize the realization of business value.
