Nice-to-haves: * Deep experience working with generative AI-first experiences, LLM-based features, copilots, or agentic flows. Ideally, including document-related tools and/or experience at a SaaS AI native startup. * Experience developing solutions for user acquisition, onboarding, or adoption within enterprise settings. * Prior experience in creative agencies or enterprise teams using lean startup methodologies. * Experience uniting a suite of disparate experiences into a cohesive, high-quality user journey. Preferred Accessibility Design Skills: * Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities. * Familiarity with WCAG standards and testing for accessibility compliance. * Certifications such as CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from IAAP are a plus. ## Description * Lead the creation of expert-level concepts for future enterprise document workflows using generative AI. * Develop and drive long-term strategies, aligning them with user needs and business objectives. * Visualize ideas through sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. * Actively research and develop new techniques using AI development tools like Cursor, Replit, and Claude Code. Customer Centricity * Use customer feedback, research, and data to uncover insights and inform decisions. * Bring genuine empathy to every experience, from IT administrators to power users to first-time adopters. * Uphold inclusive, accessible, and respectful development practices.
