## Description

Verigent's client is seeking an experienced NEC Voice Systems Technician to provide day-to-day operational support for an enterprise telecommunications environment. This role will be responsible for performing break/fix support, troubleshooting, and managing Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) across NEC voice platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering and supporting NEC telephony systems in a production environment while delivering excellent customer service., * Provide daily operational support for NEC voice systems, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and telephony issues.

 * Perform break/fix activities to restore voice services and minimize downtime.
 * Complete Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) for users, extensions, devices, and system configurations.
 * Administer and support NEC SV9500, UM8700, and MA4000 platforms.
 * Diagnose and resolve voice, voicemail, and endpoint connectivity issues.
 * Coordinate with internal IT teams and end users to resolve service requests in a timely manner.
 * Maintain accurate documentation of system changes, incidents, and support activities.
 * Follow established change management and operational procedures.
 * Participate in system testing and validation following configuration changes or upgrades.
