* High School Diploma required; Associate degree, technical certification, or coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
 * 3+ years' experience providing technical support, help desk services, or IT support within a corporate environment.
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and enterprise software platforms.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to support users at all levels of the organization.
 * Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple support requests, and maintain detailed documentation.
