* Comfortable working outside in diverse weather conditions and on varied terrain.
 * Able to stand, walk, reach, balance, and lift up to 50 pounds.
 * ACI Concrete Field-testing Technician Grade I - Inspection Certification
 * Works collectively as part of a team while having the self-motivated ability to work remotely, efficiently, and independently with minimal supervision.
 * Effective communication skills with timely responsiveness (phone, email, text)
 * Maintain professionalism while managing relationships with associates, clients and contractors.
 * Detail oriented; possessing basic writing skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Word and Excel)
 * Demonstrated skills in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
 * Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites.
 * Ability to acquire acceptable PA Act 34, 114, and 151 clearances

## Description

* Inspection and testing of construction materials in both laboratory and field environments to verify conformance to construction plans and specifications.
 * Collection of data and preparation of reports.
 * Schedule management and time tracking.
 * Adhere to construction site safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment.
 * Develop and foster relationships with clients, contractors, project manager, etc., * Best Places to Work in PA (annually since 2019)
