In this entry-level role, you will contribute to the platform infrastructure, backend services, and internal tools that enable reliable access to and operation of our gate-model quantum computers. Working alongside and under the guidance of senior engineers, you will build clean, documented, and well-tested software that connects quantum computing hardware with the applications and services used to operate it. You will collaborate with software engineers, scientists, embedded developers, and other engineering disciplines to solve complex problems at the intersection of software and quantum computing hardware. We are looking for a curious and thoughtful problem solver who enjoys learning, collaborating, and developing reliable, maintainable software. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the quantum processor execution stack and grow your skills through visible, technically challenging projects that help advance quantum computing.
