All candidates must meet the below requirement for the Public Trust Clearance.

 1. Has candidate lived in the US for at least (5) years?

(All candidates must have lived in the US for at least five years, and you will need to verify this information on the Public Trust Security Forms if selected), * 5+ years of hands-on experience installing, racking, stacking, cabling, decommissioning, and replacing servers, network and storage equipment in an enterprise or government data center environment.

 * Knowledge of structured cabling, patch panel management, cable routing, labeling, and documentation best practices.
 * Experience troubleshooting servers and hardware issues under the direction of remote system, storage, or network administrators
 * Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to coordinate activities with customers, vendors, and Data Center Operations team
 * Required to be on site M-F 8-5 and Biweekly on-call rotation for afterhours/weekend support
 * MUST BE A US CITIZEN
 * MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED AGENCY CLEARANCE
 * Familiarity with ticketing and asset management systems such as ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms
 * Experience coordinating or supporting infrastructure projects, including hardware refreshes, migrations, and deployments
 * Knowledge of data center standards and power infrastructure, change management processes, and industry best practices for physical infrastructure operations.
