## About the Role

* ITIL Certification: ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL 4 Managing Professional, ITIL 4 Strategic Leader, ITIL 4 Practice Manager, ITIL 4 Extension Modules, ITIL 4 Master
 * Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP), etc.).

Qualifications (Must Haves):

 * Five (5) years of relevant experience managing IT Support Services.
 * Demonstrated understanding and implementation of ITIL principles.
 * Demonstrated experience managing teams of IT professionals with a mobile workforce.
 * Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, information systems, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience.
 * Must be a US Citizen with an active Public Trust clearance, or the ability of attaining one.

## Description

* Serves as the primary point of contact with the Government. Provides leadership and oversight for IT support services and related ITIL processes, ensuring they are executed efficiently and consistently.
 * Responsible for guiding knowledge management as well as training and workforce development initiatives.
 * Works closely with service managers, technical and operational leads, the service desk, and other contractors and providers to ensure smooth, coordinated service delivery across the environment.
 * The PM is responsible for reviewing and approving technical solutions and developing effective schedules for the program.
 * Manage program/project schedules and resources to ensure deliverables meet government schedules.
 * Resolve all issues/problems, allocate resources, manage project personnel, and manage project operations/performance.
 * Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
 * Develop and present In-Process Review (IPR) slides on a quarterly basis for all open projects supported by this contract.
 * Prepare and provide ad hoc slides for management and attend meetings as required.
