## About the Role

* 1-3 years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, or a related field.
 * Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
 * Working knowledge of major social platforms and social media scheduling, management, and analytics tools.
 * Ability to manage multiple client accounts, content calendars, and deadlines while maintaining distinct brand voices.

Additional Skills Preferred

 * Experience with Meta and/or LinkedIn paid social advertising.
 * Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
 * Ability to develop graphics or edit video content.
 * Experience writing blogs or other long-form marketing content.
 * Familiarity with Google Ads and other digital marketing or analytics platforms.

## Description

Nichols Brand Stories, an established Fort Wayne marketing and advertising agency, is seeking a full-time Social Media Specialist to support social media and digital content programs for a diverse range of clients.

This position will focus primarily on the planning, writing, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of social media content, while also contributing to broader content development and digital marketing initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

 * Plan, write, schedule, and manage social content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
 * Monitor accounts, engagement, and performance, and provide reporting and recommendations.
 * Collaborate with account and creative teams to develop effective content using provided photography, video, and design assets.
 * Support paid social campaigns and assist with other content needs, including blogs, website content, and email marketing.
