Receive, process, and distribute departmental mail, correspondence, and other communications.

 - Establish and maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems, records, personnel files, logs, registrations, and departmental statistics.

 - Provide professional customer service by answering telephone calls and electronic inquiries, providing general information, routing requests, and responding to public concerns.

 - Monitor and maintain County inventory records and supplies.

 - Answer telephone calls, order office supplies, and perform general administrative and office support duties.

 - Assist the HR & Payroll Coordinator with various projects, reports, and administrative tasks.

 - Exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee and personnel information.

 - Develop, prepare, and distribute departmental newsletters to ensure timely communication of key updates, announcements, and information.

 - Perform other related duties as assigned.
