## Description

As a People Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting various human resources initiatives, policies and procedures. You will also provide conflict resolution services, and communicate People/HR programs and policies

Resource's typical working day:

 * Data Entry Focus Primary tasks involve accurate and efficient data entry, requiring attention to detail and consistency.
 * Employee Records Support Assisting with the management and maintenance of employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
 * Offer Letter Analysis Reviewing and analyzing offer letters for accuracy and alignment with company standards.
 * System Experience Preferred Familiarity with PeopleSoft and ServiceNow is highly preferred to navigate HR systems effectively.
