## About the Role

We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in Notion and Linear to manage day-to-day IT operations, SaaS applications, user access, internal documentation, and support., * 10+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Support, or Systems Administration.

 * Strong experience with Notion and Linear.
 * Experience with Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 and SaaS administration.
 * Knowledge of user provisioning, SSO, MFA, and access management.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

## Description

* Manage IT operations, systems, SaaS applications, and user access.
 * Administer Notion workspaces, documentation, SOPs, databases, and permissions.
 * Manage Linear projects, tickets, workflows, cycles, and IT requests.
 * Handle employee onboarding/offboarding and account provisioning.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
 * Maintain IT assets, licenses, and software inventory.
 * Create and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases.
 * Support security practices including MFA, SSO, and access controls.
 * Identify opportunities for IT process improvement and automation.
