This contractor will create engaging, on-brand visual content for social media and digital marketing channels, including graphic design, short-form video production, and occasional content capture. This is a flexible contract opportunity ideal for a designer who enjoys healthcare marketing, social media storytelling, and managing projects independently., * Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels. * Create visual assets such as posts, stories, carousels, digital advertisements, and promotional materials. * Edit and produce short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital campaigns. * Capture basic photo and video content on-site at company locations, events, provider spotlights, or patient education initiatives, as needed. * Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials while aligning with OrthoMed Anesthesia's messaging and marketing objectives. * Collaborate with marketing and operational stakeholders to develop content that supports patient education, provider recruitment, brand awareness, and company communications. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting agreed-upon deadlines. * Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, video formats, and design best practices to maximize engagement and performance. * Incorporate feedback and revisions in a timely and professional manner., Engagement Details * Independent contractor (1099) engagement. * Work assigned on an as-needed, project-based basis. * Flexible schedule with no guaranteed minimum hours. * Contractor is responsible for providing their own equipment, software, and tools required to complete assignments. * Compensation based on experience, portfolio quality, project scope, and agreed-upon rates.
