We're seeking a BI Developer & Analyst to join our Strategic Development & Supply Chain teams! This role will support the Strategic Development and Supply Chain teams through technical report development, data modeling, and analytical insights. The BI Developer & Analyst is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing reporting used across the organization, with a focus on sales, inventory, metadata, and operational data that informs strategic decision-making. As the BI Developer & Analyst, you will also collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Contracts, and Publicity to understand business needs and translate them into scalable reporting solutions. You will combine technical development skills with analytical thinking to improve reporting accuracy, uncover trends, and support long-term planning across the business. This position offers hands-on experience applying BI development, data analytics, and reporting methodologies within the publishing industry.
