 * Ability to resolve difficult customer issues through telephone, email, and chat support.
 * Demonstrable troubleshooting skills.
 * Cross-team collaboration.
 * Review, investigate, and resolve customer technical issues by collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
 * Participate in technical communities and peer delivery discussions., Mandatory Requirement: Applicants must possess a current, valid U.S. Passport. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

## Description

* Develop technical and professional proficiency through training and readiness programmes to effectively understand and resolve customer issues.
 * Identify potential product defects and provide feedback to senior engineers, contributing to product and process improvements.
 * Microsoft Intune.
 * Mobile Device Management (MDM).
 * Mobile Application Management (MAM).
 * Device Enrolments.
 * Windows Autopilot.
 * Application Packaging and Deployment.
 * Windows Updates Deployment.
 * Onboarding and Offboarding of Windows, iOS, macOS, and Android devices using Microsoft Intune.
 * Create, maintain, update, deploy, and remove configuration policies, including Device Restrictions, Wi-Fi Profiles, Domain Join Profiles, and related configurations.
 * Extensive experience in designing and implementing Windows Autopilot using Intune.
 * Experience implementing Co-Management with Intune.
 * In-depth knowledge of Endpoint Security Policies, including Firewall Policies, Attack Surface Reduction, and Disk Encryption Policies.
 * Experience with PowerShell Scripting, DHCP, DNS, and Co-Management implementation using Intune.
 * Provide support for end users to design, install, administer, and optimise Microsoft Windows Updates and related components to maintain business application performance.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, mobile device operating systems, client-server technologies, and cloud services.
