This role develops predictive analytics and forecasts to improve business performance, operational efficiency, talent planning, client service, and financial outcomes. The Data Scientist partners with Data Science leadership to apply advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions to complex business challenges. This role utilizes data from enterprise platforms, including Cobalt and other firm systems, to develop innovative analytical models and support the firm's data-driven decision-making capabilities.
