In this role, you will be a key contributor to the deployment, execution, and data validation of major, multi-pack integrated test assets. These systems serve as the cornerstone of our validation strategy, verifying our custom battery management systems (BMS), power electronics, auxiliary subsystems, and overall system integration. You will be directly responsible for the daily test execution, data gathering, troubleshooting, and initial reporting for our multi-pack validation campaigns. The ideal candidate pairs high technical capability in hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) or physical laboratory environments with a rigorous first-principles troubleshooting mindset to keep testing on-schedule and safe.
