* Develop and enforce technology policies, standards, and patterns.
 * Ensure solutions, data, and processes across the Value Stream adhere to approved technology standards.
 * Inform business strategy, identify new investment opportunities, and guide funding allocations.
 * Make Value Stream-level architecture decisions and validate delivered work against approved designs.
 * Propose and describe necessary work based on technical dependencies and tech debt across the domain.
 * Manage New York Life Information Technology Governance processes.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with architectural vision and plans.
