## About the Role

* 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
 * Background in platform, infrastructure, or systems engineering
 * Strong C# or F# development experience on .NET Core
 * Experience with minimal APIs, hosted services, or serverless tools
 * Hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL
 * Experience with event-driven messaging platforms
 * Strong GitHub knowledge, including branching and CI/CD workflows
 * Experience with Terraform and reusable infrastructure modules
 * Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

 * Experience with Dev Containers or similar development tooling
 * Experience with Doppler or other secrets management platforms
 * Experience with LaunchDarkly or feature flagging tools
 * Experience building dashboards in Grafana
 * Familiarity with Incident.io or incident management processes
 * Experience with AWS cloud services
 * Interest in internal AI tools, skills, or agent marketplaces
 * Comfort making tradeoffs between performance, reliability, and cost

## Description

* Own and improve internal developer platform tools and workflows
 * Design and maintain CI/CD standards and GitHub workflows
 * Build reusable Terraform modules for safe cloud provisioning
 * Standardize local development environments using Dev Containers
 * Support secrets, feature flags, and environment configuration management
 * Create dashboards and alerts to improve reliability visibility
 * Enhance incident response workflows, runbooks, and postmortems
 * Collaborate with engineering teams on scalable platform solutions
 * Contribute to internal AI tooling governance and usability
 * Partner on architecture decisions and engineering standards
