## About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Full Stack Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET and React, with a proven track record of leading the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to mentor and guide engineering teams., * 8-10 years of experience in .NET and React development

 * Proven experience in architecting scalable, maintainable, and high-performing microservices
 * Strong collaboration skills with product owners, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders
 * Experience in conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards
 * Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

 * Experience integrating AI services into production-grade .NET applications
 * Knowledge of performance optimization and system reliability
 * Familiarity with the latest updates in the .NET and React ecosystem
