Preferred Skills & Certifications: * Experience creating product roadmaps. * Familiarity with system engineering methodology (SEM) deliverables. * Experience mentoring or teaching to foster Agile adoption. ## Description The System Analyst 5 at MDOS is responsible for gathering, documenting, and managing clear, testable business requirements to support software development projects. This role serves as ScrumMaster on campaign finance related projects, facilitating Agile processes and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. The position requires hybrid work with mandatory onsite presence two days per week in Lansing, Michigan, and focuses on ensuring smooth transitions from project mode to maintenance mode through mentoring and process documentation.
