## About the Role

* 10 or more years of experience in IT financial analysis, technology financial management, and PMO cost governance.
 * Proficiency in ERP and procurement platforms including SAP, Oracle, Coupa, and advanced Microsoft Excel financial modeling.
 * Experience with IT budgeting, multi-year forecasting cycles, and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) frameworks.
 * Experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting, transaction-level discrepancy investigation, and variance analysis.
 * Experience with IT accrual calculations, validation methodologies, and balance sheet reconciliation.
 * Experience in end-to-end IT procurement lifecycles, vendor contract governance, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and renewal management.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

## Description

* Drive the annual and recurring IT budgeting, forecasting, and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) lifecycles for technology departments.
 * Perform recurring actuals-versus-budget variance analyses down to the General Ledger (GL), cost center, and invoice transaction levels.
 * Validate and reconcile IT accrual calculations, assumptions, and invoice allocations across global vendor commitments.
 * Manage the end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle, validating net-new technology spend requests against existing software licenses.
 * Oversee vendor contract lifecycles, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and software license renewals in partnership with Legal and Procurement.
 * Build advanced financial forecast models, cost-benefit analyses, and spend tracking dashboards using SAP, Oracle, Coupa, and Excel.
 * Deliver decision-ready variance commentary and financial risk reports to senior IT leadership and PMO directors.
