## About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned OCM Change Management Consultant with 10+ years of experience to lead organizational change initiatives for enterprise transformation programs. This is a fully onsite role based in Dallas, TX., * 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management

 * Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
 * Experience in ERP implementations (Oracle/SAP preferred)
 * Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs
 * Prosci or equivalent OCM certification

## Description

* Define and execute end-to-end OCM strategy and roadmap
 * Perform stakeholder analysis and drive engagement plans
 * Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations
 * Lead communication planning and training delivery
 * Drive user adoption and business transition activities
 * Monitor adoption metrics and report progress to leadership
