Getting in at the start of a contract is the difference between inheriting someone else's work and shaping how the job actually gets done., * Provide Tier II escalation support for VMware virtualization infrastructure - vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN and NSX.

 * Troubleshoot VM performance, host connectivity, storage and cluster/HA/DRS configuration issues.
 * Provision, clone, template and decommission virtual machines under change management.
 * Keep the virtual environment available, secure and audit-ready against federal hardening standards.
