## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
 * In lieu of an appropriate bachelor's degree, other combinations of sufficiently relevant qualifications may be considered, including additional years of highly applicable experience, other degrees/professional training, military training, and/or professional certifications.
 * At least ten (10) years of recent, relevant professional experience with a focus in:
 + Advanced Power BI Development: Significant expertise in Microsoft Power BI, encompassing both front-end visualization (designing intuitive, interactive displays and dashboards) and back-end architecture (e.g., Power Query, DAX, and semantic model management).
 + Tableau Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in developing and maintaining enterprise-level dashboards, creating complex calculated fields and Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, performing data modeling and transformation, integrating multiple data sources, optimizing workbook and query performance, implementing interactive visualizations, and translating complex datasets into actionable business intelligence and executive-level reporting.
 + Data Analysis & Troubleshooting: Strong analytical capability to interrogate complex datasets, proactively identify operational or data quality issues, and develop effective, sustainable fixes.
 + System Integration: Experience integrating and managing data across SharePoint, Jira, and other enterprise systems.
 * Strong proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and Power Apps.
 * Excellent communication skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and support fast-paced operational environments.

Additional Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 * Data Preparation: Expertise with data shaping, cleaning, and preparing workflows, in Tableau.
 * Experience supporting Department of Defense, Navy, or other government organizations is highly preferred.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Tableau solutions to support engineering and operational requirements.
 * Support data transformation, reporting, and process automation initiatives across NAVWAR organizations.
 * Provide support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for Power Platform applications and workflows.
 * Integrate and manage data across SharePoint, Jira, and other enterprise systems to improve accessibility and consistency.
