Preferred * Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle E-Business Suite HCM, Workday, or similar HCM platforms. * Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, or hybrid project delivery methodologies. * Experience supporting federal government or public sector clients. * Knowledge of project management processes and contract deliverable development. * Relevant HCM, technology, or project management certifications. ## Description We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Consultant to support Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation and modernization initiatives. This position combines technical and functional HCM expertise with project administration responsibilities, including solution configuration, documentation development, and contract deliverable support. The successful candidate will assist in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of HCM solutions while supporting project management activities and developing Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams and client stakeholders.
