## Description

Summary: Provide support to the development of new and revisions to existing products by testing and identifying product performance problems., * Validate Test Software.

 * Perform root cause analysis on Production electrical failures.
 * Specify test station equipment based on design requirements.
 * Develop calibration plant to be entered into Calibration system.
 * Develop test station documentation including Test Plans, Schematics and Database Structure.
 * Assist in the training of Production associates to execute test software.
 * Interface with other departments involved in manufacturing process.
 * Support CCA and ICA analysis process.
 * Evaluate and recommend potential new test equipment.
 * Assemble test station components.
 * Troubleshoot test station issues in Production.
 * Research and implement continuous improvement projects.
 * Perform Measurement System Analysis on test station.
 * Execute new product development procedures.
 * Participate in seminars, meetings and training sessions as required to maintain a working knowledge of new developments, techniques and products in the industry.
 * Evaluate and make recommendations to improve manufacturing methods.
