## About the Role

* The successful candidate will ideally have more than ten years of z/OS systems programming experience
 * Should have very strong Parallel Sysplex skills
 * Extensive experience of installing many (not just a few) IBM and CA products
 * Should have ideally worked in a Bank or organizations with large installations
 * Should be confident, able to work independently and start contributing from day one
 * Must have excellent problem-solving skills and be a true team player
 * Will need provide off hours support for the implementation of software changes, when required
 * Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences., * 8+ years of experience in z/OS, SMP/E, TSO/ISPF, USS, SDSF, JCL, RACF
 * Parallel Sysplex
 * Installation of several different IBM and CA products
