 * Exposure to automotive or fastener manufacturing environments.
 * Familiarity with quality standards and inspection processes.

Physical Requirements

 * Ability to stand for extended periods.
 * Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive motions.
 * Manual dexterity to handle small parts.
 * Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

## Description

The Manual Quality Sorter is responsible for manual sorting, inspection, and packaging of fastener products. This role ensures all products meet customer specifications, internal quality standards, and safety requirements while supporting daily production targets., * Inspect and manually sort fastener products based on customer and internal specifications.

 * Identify and separate non-conforming or defective parts.
 * Perform basic measurements using gauges, calipers, or other inspection tools.
 * Follow standardized work instructions, quality standards, and safety protocols.
 * Package and label products according to requirements.
 * Record inspection and production data accurately.
 * Communicate quality issues and support corrective actions.
 * Maintain a clean and organized work area.
