## About the Role

Looking for a Desktop Support Technician dedicated to one of our K-12 Education clients. (1-3 years experience preferred)

The FantasTechs is a company that specializes in Educational Technology. We support the missions and goals of schools throughout Missouri by working with computers, servers, networks, etc. Our Mission is to make our client's lives easier, by providing technology support, management and expertise.

*We will have a vacancy for a full-time Desktop Support Technician, working dedicated to one of our K-12 Education clients in the St. Louis area. You will be a full-time, W2 employee with The FantasTechs, but be dedicated to our client location on a full-time basis. This role will need to wear many hats in a given day, and work in concert with several other team members.

 * Experience with following is very important:
 * Providing excellent customer service
 * Windows 10 configuration and troubleshooting experience
 * Microsoft Office experience
 * Google Suite experience
 * Hardware and software troubleshooting experience
 * Chromebook or Laptop repair experience
 * Basic Network administration knowledge (LAN, WAN, VLANs, Managed Wireless etc) preferred

 * Experience in a K-12 institution setting is a plus!

*You need to be drug free, need to have reliable transportation, and be able to pass all of the client's background checks.
