 * 0 - 2 years of professional work experience (including internships and co-ops).
 * Validated leadership experience through extra-curricular activities, employment and/or internship experiences is required.
 * Strong academic record (3.0 GPA or better).

## Description

* Develop multi-discipline (chemical, mechanical, controls, industrial or electrical) proficiency during the program.
 * Review technical reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly Energy/Water).
 * Perform basic lab tests with supervision of lab manager, prepare daily technical report with supervision.
 * Produce SIPOC diagram for the department's operations, key physical locations.
 * Participate in and lead Continuous Improvement projects.
 * General electrical troubleshooting & equipment (starters, VFD, Soft starts &breakers).
 * Perform Operational & Cost Studies.
 * Perform tasks as an Area Supervisor.
