## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in product management, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles delivering complex enterprise applications.
 * Proven experience designing and implementing scalable application architectures, with a focus on maintainability, extensibility, and long-term platform evolution.
 * Understanding of application management, reference data, maintenance platforms, or similar financial services domains.
 * Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation and modernization initiatives from concept through implementation.
 * Experience in requirements analysis, business process design, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
 * Expertise in data modeling, system integrations, API-based architectures, and application modernization strategies.
 * Ability to evaluate current-state platforms, identify architectural gaps, and define a future-state roadmap.
 * Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams.
 * Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence strategic technology direction.
 * Executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
 * Primary Skill: .Net Core.
 * Secondary Skill: Core Java.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Prior experience with financial systems, client onboarding platforms, maintenance modules, or enterprise master/reference data solutions.
 * Experience in Agile product delivery, roadmap planning, and backlog prioritization.
 * Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and modern DevOps practices.
 * Familiarity with regulatory, risk, and governance considerations within large financial institutions.

## Description

A senior resource is sought to lead the redesign and modernization of a COA Maintenance Module. This role is responsible for defining the target-state architecture, establishing the foundational design and technical framework, and driving decisions that ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term platform growth. The individual will partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver a robust solution.
