## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AWS Developer with strong hands-on expertise in AWS cloud services, Generative AI, serverless technologies, and application development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AWS Bedrock, Amazon Connect, AWS AgentCore, Golang, Python, Lambda, EKS, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, and AWS Lex. The candidate should also possess strong BFSI/domain knowledge, analytical problem-solving skills, and excellent stakeholder communication abilities.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Technical Skills:

 * Strong hands-on experience with AWS Platform and Services
 * AWS Bedrock
 * AWS AgentCore
 * AWS Connect
 * AWS Lex
 * Golang
 * Python
 * AWS Lambda
 * Amazon EKS
 * AWS IAM
 * Amazon S3
 * Amazon CloudWatch
 * Experience designing and developing scalable cloud-based applications
 * Strong understanding of AWS architecture, security, and cloud-native development

Functional Skills:

 * Strong BFSI/Banking domain knowledge
 * Business understanding and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Decision support and insights generation
 * Excellent customer and stakeholder communication
 * Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, * Strong hands-on AWS development experience.
 * Experience with GenAI/LLM solutions using AWS Bedrock and AgentCore.
 * Proficiency in Golang and Python.
 * Strong understanding of AWS cloud architecture and serverless technologies.
 * BFSI domain experience is highly preferred.
 * Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
 * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

## Description

* Develop and implement cloud solutions using AWS AgentCore, Bedrock, Golang, Python, and other AWS services.
 * Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS-based applications.
 * Work hands-on with Lambda, EKS, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, AWS Connect, and AWS Lex.
 * Create technical designs, solution architectures, and detailed technical documentation.
 * Collaborate directly with customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
 * Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Analyze complex business and technical problems and recommend effective solutions.
 * Support decision-making through technical insights and analysis.
 * Ensure solutions follow AWS best practices for scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
 * Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
 * Translate BFSI business requirements into robust and scalable cloud solutions.
