## About the Role

* 8+ years of enterprise project management experience, within HR Technology or complex system implementations.
 * Strong HR process fluency, with the ability to challenge and refine requirements and translate between HR and technical teams.
 * Direct Workday project management experience
 * Ability to validate and trace requirements through project artifacts and test plans, and support functional/UAT testing.
 * Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, vendors, risks, and dependencies through to deployment.
 * Strong executive-level communication skills, including comfort maintaining RAID logs, dashboards, and status reporting.
 * Collaborative leadership style - able to influence and align stakeholders effectively without relying on direct authority.

Nice-to-Haves:

 * Specific point-solution experience (FreshService, PulpStream) is preferred
 * Prior HRSD implementation experience
 * Career background originating in HR operations (e.g., HR analyst) before transitioning into HR IT and then project management
 * ServiceNow SPM experience
 * PMP certification
