* 24/7 Shift Readiness (Required) - Full availability for flexible rotational shifts (nights, weekends, and holidays).
 * Incident Triage & Monitoring - Hands-on experience classifying alerts, detecting false positives, and logging system events.
 * Analytical Problem-Solving - Ability to evaluate technical data and resolve issues in a high-stakes environment.
 * Documentation & Communication - Strong written/verbal skills to log events accurately and update team playbooks.
 * SOC Experience (Highly Desired) - 1-3 years of prior background in a Security Operations Center.
