In this role, you will help modernize critical enterprise platforms by driving the migration of contact center capabilities from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based solutions supporting more than 30,000 users. You will design, build, and deploy scalable applications and middleware services that integrate enterprise platforms, address product gaps, and enable innovative customer and workforce management solutions. This position combines backend engineering, cloud-native development, and front-end application support within a fast-paced environment focused on large-scale digital transformation. The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer who can independently design solutions, navigate complex technical tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality software using modern technologies.
